9 year old with lower eyelid lesion null Juvenile xanthogranuloma. Note the numerous Touton-type giant cells

78 year old woman with a pearly nodule on the upper eyelid null Endocrine mucin-producing sweat gland carcinoma. Note the lobular and cribiform architecture and abdundant extracellular mucin. There is no surface epidermal connection. The nuclei display finely stippled chromatin.
