64 yo man with light purplish-pink smooth papules on parietal scalp and previous similar lesion on left cheek.
Left parietal scalp biopsy: Involvement by a T-cell lymphoma. IHC shows leasional cells are weakly TCR-betaf1 positive, CD3+, CD2+, CD30+, negative for CD4, CD8, CD5, CD7, CD25. Ki67:70-80%.
