Introduction
Neuropathology is a specialized area of anatomic pathology that includes elements of surgical pathology, autopsy pathology, and even cytopathology. Although some concepts, such as the classification of tumors of the central nervous system and the genetics of neurodegenerative and neuromuscular diseases are in constant evolution, there are some others that are quite stable, particularly in histopathological terms.
This non-exhaustive and ever-growing collection of common and unique cases is intended to bring to the learner a breadth of neuropathological entities for educational purposes. Enjoy!
