Integrated diagnosis: ANAPLASTIC ASTROCYTOMA, IDH-MUTANT

Histological diagnosis: anaplastic gemistocytic astrocytoma

WHO histological grade: III

Molecular information: IDH: mutant (R132H, IDH1/2 PCR sequencing) P53: positive in most tumor cells (immunohistochemistry, consistent with mutation) ATRX: nuclear expression lost (immunohistochemistry, consistent with mutation)

MGMT promoter: methylated (methylation specific PCR)
