Integrated diagnosis:

DIFFUSE GLIOMA, BRAF V600E-MUTANT

Histological diagnosis: Diffuse astrocytoma

WHO (integrated histological and molecular) grade: undefined (likely II)

Molecular information: BRAF V600E: MUTANT (immunohistochemistry and sequencing) IDH: wildtype (IDH1/2 sequencing) P53: weak in rare tumor cells (immunohistochemistry, consistent with wildtype) ATRX: nuclear expression retained (immunohistochemistry, consistent with wildtype) MGMT promoter: methylated (PCR)

EGFR gene amplification: absent (FISH)
