WSI23-40-Case-7
60 year old male with previously excided penile lesion in 1998. In 2004, he had a 2 mm erythematous lesion at the coronal-shaft junction and declined excision. Now with bothersome, warty-appearing 4 mm verrucous lesion in the same location with palpable groin nodes.
Verrucous carcinoma (1.1 cm)
