WSI24-63-Case-8
75 yo M with 3.5 cm cystic pancreatic head mass with main duct dilation up to 1.5 cm.
Fragments of epithelial neoplasm with tubular features and HIGH-GRADE DYSPLASIA, suggestive of a pancreatic intraductal tubulopapillary neoplasm (ITPN).
NOTE: Approximately 70% of ITPNs are associated with invasive adenocarcinoma at resection, although the invasive component can be limited in extent and difficult to detect in biopsies.
