52 year old female with h/o mitral regurgitation, hematuria, anxiety, and endometriosis. Right-sided (thyroid) disese with bulky lymphadenopathy, possibley with nerve involvement - right lobectomy (FNA called PTC)
Medullary thyroid carcinoma (7.0 cm) extrathyroidal, + margin lymph node mets
