60 year old man presented with fatigue, found to have marked leukocytosis. WBC 71.2 (67% polys, 5% lymphs, 6% monos, 11% eos, 4% basos, 2% bands, 1% myelos, 3% metas, 2% promyelocytes, 1 nRBC/100 WBC), HGB 7.0, MCV 105.8, PLT 56. Biopsy, aspirate, and peripheral smear provided.
