30 year-old man with history of juvenile rheumatoid arthritis, treated with methotrexate 10 years ago, now with severe anemia. WBC 2.3, HGB 6.4, MCV 95.6, PLT 11. Bone marrow biopsy and peripheral blood smear provided (no aspirate was obtainable due to 'dry tap').
MDS with single lineage dysplasia (and fibrosis)(MDS with mutated TP53/bi-allelic TP53 inactivation).
