69-year-old male with a left middle ear/mastoid mass and progressive hearing loss over the past 8 years more pronounced in the left ear. Of note past MRI from 2018 also reported inflammatory changes in the left otomastoid region. -Obtain past MRI scans and hearing tests from UMass and outside Hospital for comparison. Pms36 Middle ear neuroendocrine tumor (MeNET)
