70-year-old woman with a 1.7 cm left parotid mass.
Acinic cell carcinoma (1.7 cm), apparently completely excised with a prominent lymphocytic cuff. Tumor cells are positive for NR4A3 (nuclear) and Dog1 (reticular pattern). The immunohistochemical findings support the diagnosis.
