Pleural biopsy. 66 year old man with a history of prostatic adenocarcinoma status post prostatectomy presenting with hemoptysis. CT shows a mass involving the chest wall and mediastinum. Mm768

Lung wedge. 50 year old woman with a history of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease and pulmonary arterial hypertension. Now with growing lung nodules and recent growth of Aspergillus spp. from bronchoalveolar lavage cultures. Mm768

Lung wedge. 79 year old man with a history of atrial fibrillation and diffuse large B-cell lymphoma refractory to R-CHOP. Presents with hypoxia and diffuse upper- and mid-lung predominant extensive ground glass opacities. Mm768
