Subspecialty Malignant- Atypical lymphocytes, consistent with involvement by a large cell lymphoma.

CB: Immunohistochemical stains show numerous B cells (CD20+) that co-express CD5 (dim), Bcl2, Bcl6 (partial) and Mum1, and are negative for CD10. Many non-neoplastic T cells (CD3+, CD5+) are present. MYC stains 20% of large cells and Ki67 shows a proliferation index of approximately 60% in the neoplastic cells.
