Diff: Neut: 40; Lymph 32; Monos 5; Eos 1; Bands 4; Atypical lymphs 2; Metas: 2; Myelos 3; Promyelos 1; Other WBCs: 10.

IgA multiple myeloma with Rouleaux formation and circulating plasma cells.
