86 yo man with tumor with ulceration for 3 months. (Guitart et al, Mod Path 30:761-72, 2017 , case #20)
Skin, right flank tumor: CD8+ tumor stage T-cell lymphoma.
IHC shows abnormal lymphoid cells are CD3+ CD5 weak/variable, CD8+ CD4- TIA1+ TCR beta+ CD2- CD30- CD25- CD56-.
