69 yo M with black lesion on left flank.
Skin, left flank, biopsy: Primary cutaneous CD8+ aggressive epidermotropic cytotoxic T-cell lymphoma.
IHC shows the atypical large cells are CD3+ CD5+ CD8+ granzyme B+ CD2- CD4- CD45RO- (similar to prior skin biopsy which had fewer neoplastic cells).
