IHC: Atypical cells positive for CD3, CD7, CD30, and CD56 with expression of cytotoxic granules (TIA-1, granzyme B) and negative for CD4, CD5, CD8, Bf1 (TCR alpha/beta) and TCR gamma. TCR gamma gene rearragement.
