21-year-old woman with type VI skin and history of vertically acquired HIV on anti-retroviral therapy, infantile Burkitt's lymphoma, and episodic opportunistic infections presented with numerous asymptomatic 2-3 mm hypopigmented macules and discolored thin papules on the upper chest, trunk, and upper extremities that began at age 7.
