A 55-year-old female presented with gradually developing diffuse swelling and edema of the left medial breast. She had been treated with a course of antibiotics but with no improvement. There was no past history of breast cancer or radiation to the affected area, and imaging studies failed to reveal a discrete mass. A biopsy was performed to exclude malignancy

A 66-year-old male presented for evaluation of a right shoulder nodule. A shave biopsy was performed with the clinical suspicion to “rule out cyst.”

A 59-year-old female with a past history of dermatofibroma developed a new lesion on the vertex of her scalp. She stated that the lesion had been present for at least 6 weeks and had been gradually enlarging in size.
