*Slide 1 (epiglottis): Atypical squamoproliferative lesion with intraepithelial acute inflammation and focal dyskeratosis. Although worrisome, there are no overt features of malignancy (permanent dx: squamous mucosa with intramucosal acute and chronic inflammation and extensive reactive changes)
