Acinic cell carcinoma
- Malignant salivary gland neoplasm with serous acinar differentiation
- Parotid gland most common location
- Generally good prognosis
- Histological patterns: solid/lobular, papillary-cystic, microcystic
- PAS+ diastase-resistant zymogen granules
- DOG1 positive
